1. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.

• Please note that international transaction fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Replacement Policy (No Returns)

• We follow a replacement-only policy and do not accept returns.

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a free replacement.

• Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Replacement

• Contact us within 30 days, providing:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the defective/damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)

• Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement authorization along with return instructions.

4. Processing Time

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Replacements are shipped within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds (if approved for cancellation) are processed within 3–4 business days.

5. Items Not Eligible for Replacement

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Used, worn, or altered products

• Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase6. Return Shipping

• For all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
