1. Replacement Policy (No Returns)

• We follow a replacement-only policy and do not accept returns.
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a free replacement.
• Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

2. How to Request a Replacement

• Contact us within 30 days, providing:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective/damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)
• Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement authorisation along with return instructions.

3. Processing Time

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
  • Replacements are shipped within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds (if approved for cancellation) are processed within 3–4 business days.

4. Items Not Eligible for Replacement

• Custom-made or personalised items
• Used, worn, or altered products
• Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase. Return Shipping

• If the issue is due to our error (defect, damage, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
