1. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a free replacement.
- Replacement requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- If item not available then full refund will be proceed.
2. How to Request a Replacement
- Contact us within 30 days, providing:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos and Video of the defective/damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)
- Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement authorisation along with return instructions.
3. Processing Time
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Replacements are shipped within 2 business days.
- Refunds (if approved for cancellation) are processed within 2 business days.
4. Items Not Eligible for Replacement
- Used, worn, or altered products
- If the issue is due to our error (defect, damage, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
